Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration POS software and systems related with POS
• Assisting with systems integrations
• Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
• Identifying and resolving technical issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same role
• Experience to retail POS system
• Experience with query DB such as oracle, SQL Server
• Have strong analysis and evaluation skills
