Job Responsibility:

Assist in managing and optimizing the official stores on marketplaces, including uploading new products, adjusting pricing, and managing inventory levels
Ensure product listings are optimized by regularly updating descriptions and images
Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms
Collaborate with the customer service team to address any marketplace-related customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization and campaign management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive and able to take initiative in daily operations
Team player with good communication skills, both internally and externally
Understanding about Ms. Office and Google Spreadsheets
