Facility & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

·      Evaluate, develop and implement preventive maintenance strategy to optimize the performance of asset, equipment & facility and minimizing the downtime

·      Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance programs, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for changes

·      Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling of maintenance work, procurement of spare parts, and management of contractors and vendors

·      Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management

Requirement :

·      Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering i.e. Mechanical, Electrical

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management

·      Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and technic

·      Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

·      Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·      Good analytical/critical thinking
