Job Description and Responsibility
- Develop and Implement Learning & Development Program, especially in New Employee Onboarding and Employee Offboarding Journey.
- Digitalize existing learning material to ensure more effective and efficient learning methods
- Becoming learning partners to assist users from various departments regarding their people development needs
- Initiate breakthrough improvement based on training history and database analytics.
- Collaborate with other Learning & Development Teams to ensure all initiatives implemented effectively
Job Requirement:
- 1 – 2 Years of experiences working related to Learning, Engagement, or other People Development Functions. Fresh Graduates (especially if you have training experiences in your college life, we encourage you to apply!)
- Passion for learning and people development. A genuine interest in supporting people and enhancing their learning journey.
- Energetic with open mindedness and highly creative thinking for solving problems.
- Communicative. Able to explain something complex into something digestive for users.
- Proficient in using Presentation tools and Design Tools (Canva, Power Point, etc)
