- Min experience 5 tahun
Job Description and Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, design and implement Recruitment Strategy based on the Organization’s needs
- Liaise with Directors and Department Heads to understand the Human Capital requirements and needs
- Fulfilment of Manpower needs i.e. Store Operation, Distribution Centre, Head Office
- Develop & coach the team with skills required in recruitment process
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Recruitment Assistant Manager with minimum of 3 subordinates
- Good understanding of Psychological Tools for selection process and screening method
- Good in managing others, clear communication and negotiation skills with “Can Do Attitude”
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge of various employment law
- Placement : Head Office, Kembangan Jakarta Barat
