Job Description and Responsibility

Description:

  • Perform recruitment process for operational and corporate needs including creating job advertisement, shortlisting candidates, conducting psychological tests, and interviewing candidates.
  • Creating report about psychological tests and interview result.
  • Creating monthly recruitment progress report.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to conduct psychological tests and interview.
  • Able to work in team and have good interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent administration skill.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.
  • Willing to be placed in Pesanggrahan, West Jakarta.
