Job Description and Responsibility
Description:
- Perform recruitment process for operational and corporate needs including creating job advertisement, shortlisting candidates, conducting psychological tests, and interviewing candidates.
- Creating report about psychological tests and interview result.
- Creating monthly recruitment progress report.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to conduct psychological tests and interview.
- Able to work in team and have good interpersonal skill.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Have excellent administration skill.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.
- Willing to be placed in Pesanggrahan, West Jakarta.
